Backend: vollständiges CRUD (list/report/confirm/resolve/photo),
Haversine-Radius-Filter, Auto-Expiry 7 Tage, Foto-Upload.
Frontend: Leaflet-Karte + Meldungsliste + GPS-Formular.
main.py: /media StaticFiles-Mount für Foto-Serving (auch Diary).
